Clixifix - Adding Developments to Partnership Residential for RSL Plots

For Partnership Residential plots, the integration between Salesforce and Clixifix is not able to automatically link the Partner to the development, so the development needs to be created manually by the Aftercare team and linked to the Partner.  To do this:

Log in to Clixifix and click on Partnership Residential in the top right.

Click on Our Clients in the top right:

From the list that appears, select the Partner for this development (i.e. Onward Homes).

Click New Scheme:

Enter the relevant Scheme details, including KPI's and Contractors used for the development.

Once all the details have been entered, scroll to the bottom of the screen until you see the Salesforce Info section (note that only Aftercare Managers and members of the IT team can see this field:

The Salesforce Scheme ID is an 18-digit code that needs to be provided by the IT team and entered into the box above.  This ID enables plots to be automatically created in Clixifix via the integration with Salesforce, once the plot reaches stage 18 or above.  Please ask the IT team for this code when setting up the development, or we can also enter this for you should this be required.

Once the above has been carried out, the overnight synchronisation process between Salesforce and Clixifix will pull through any plots for the newly created development that have reached stage 18 or above.
