Call Forwarding on Mobile Phones

If you are unable to activate Call Forwarding through the phone's settings follow the dialling commands to enable call it on your mobile phone 


If you continue to have problems setting it after following the below, you may have WiFi calling enabled on your account which means you cannot set a divert. Please contact log a support request and we will be able to get it applied for you or remove WiFi calling so you can manage call forwarding yourself.


Where the instructions below say "phone number" this is the number of the phone you want calls to be diverted to.

Divert calls when busy

To activate ** 67 * 901 # CALL
To cancel ## 67 # CALL
To check status * # 67 # CALL 

Divert calls when there is no reply

To activate ** 61 * phone number * 11 * no seconds# CALL
To cancel ## 61 # CALL
To check status * # 61 # CALL 

Divert all calls

To activate ** 21 * phone number # CALL
To cancel ## 21 # CALL
To check status * # 21 # CALL 

To cancel all call diverts

To cancel ## 002 # CALL
