If you have received a new Android mobile device and your contacts are showing in the Contacts app, but they are not showing when you go to make a phone call or use WhatsApp then please try the following:
- Swipe up from the bottom on your phone and you will see 2 tabs - one for Personal and one for Work. Select Work.
- Select the Contacts app
- Tap the 3 dots in the top left and select the option 'Manage Contacts'
- Tap 'Add Account'
- From the list of options that appears, select 'Exchange'
- Enter your Story Homes email address and current laptop password when prompted
- Press 'Sync'
This should sync your contacts across apps on the phone, the process can take a few minutes until they show. If they do not show up after a short time then try restarting the phone.
