Work mobile contact transfers

When you receive a new work mobile, you'll likely need to transfer your contacts from one mobile to another. The easiest way to do this is by using Outlook to save your contacts

On both mobiles: In Outlook, click the Microsoft icon in the top left --> Settings cog in the bottom left --> Contacts --> Toggle 'Sync contacts' to on

Give this up to an hour to complete the contact sync. If only some or no contacts transfer over, it's likely that Outlook cannot yet see the contacts on your old mobile. You may have to do the following in order to rectify this

On old mobile:

Open Contacts App --> 3 dots on the right --> Settings --> Move Contacts to other storage location --> Select 'Phone' in the From section --> Select all contacts --> Click Done --> Click on Outlook in the To section --> Click Move --> Click OK when done --> And then repeat for SIM 1 and any other storage locations where your contacts are saved

Again, give this about an hour to check whether they begin transferring onto the new mobile. If you still do not see some of the contacts, please contact IT support
