This guide is for Outlook Classic, and briefly outlines how to check meeting room availability
Home --> New Meeting (not New Appointment)
Select the Start time and End time of the meeting, and then click on Rooms

This will then provide a list of which meeting rooms are available at the specified time in whichever region you choose. For example, I want to book a meeting at 2pm in Carlisle. Using this criteria, I can see which rooms are available to me

Click on the room that you'd like and this will be added as a location to your meeting
Be sure to invite staff and any externals that may be attending to the meeting request so that Reception know who to expect. When you send your request, it will go the respective regional Reception team for approval.
If you need to book a room with a Teams system in (Boardroom), please ensure the room is included in the list of required attendees so the system knows that a video call is to take place.
Please note that Reception teams will be unable to edit any bookings you have made as the organiser, they can only propose new times that must be accepted by you.
