Browse to Microsoft Lists in Edge (may need to scroll down to find it) - Apps | M365 Copilot
Click on Lists to open the web app in another browser tab. Then click the three dots in the top right hand corner
Scroll down to More tools --> Apps. You should see an option here called Install Microsoft Lists. If you see 'Open in Microsoft Lists' like the below screenshot, you already have it installed
