Open Microsoft Teams and click the 3 dots at the top of the Teams window.
Click on Check for updates.
You will see a message pop up at the top of Teams to say that the software is checking for updates. If there are updates, available, they will install in the background of the system without any further input from yourself.
Once updates have been installed you will see a further message confirming this:
To check the version of Teams installed, click on the 3 dots at the top then click About then Version.
The version installed will show in a bar at the top of the window. Ensure that you have version 1.4.00.26376 or higher installed to avoid issues with calls dropping when using breakout rooms.
