A unique Union Square email address is generated for each user created on the IMS to enable direct scanning to user’s Intray within the Personal Zone on the IMS. This guide explains the process for this.

Where to Find Union Square Email Addresses

• Access Activity Zone-->General tab.

  Note that IT need to add the Union Square email address to each of the printers so that users can search the address book so they can scan directly to theirs or another user’s Intray in the IMS.
