IMS - Outlook Add-in disabled

If you have been able to publish emails to the IMS by using the Outlook add-in but this has stopped working, then the add-in may have been disabled. If the add-in causes Outlook to run slowly, Outlook automatically disables it and it therefore needs to be re-enabled manually.


To do this, in Outlook click File->Options->Addins:



Under 'Inactive Application Add-ins' check to see if Union Square Add-in is listed:




If it appears here, at the bottom of the screen click 'Go' next to 'Manage: COM Add-ins':



Tick the Union Square Add-in in this list and then click OK:
