Remove and Add Email Account to Android

Open the Email app from the home screen or Samsung folder in your app list.

Click the 3 lines in the top left then click the Settings button (gear icon) in the top right.   

Click on your account at the top of the list then click Remove in the top right

Click on Remove again when prompted.

Add Email Account To Samsung

Open the Email app from your home screen or from the Samsung folder in your apps list.

Select Office 365 from the list of account types.

Enter your full email address and password that you use for your laptop and press Sign in at the bottom.

Click Apply for security settings.

Click on Activate on the device Admin screen.
