Reconnecting your email account in Salesforce

If you receive an error in Salesforce saying that emails cannot be sent as the email account needs to be reconnected, please follow the guide below in order to do so:


Click your avatar in the top right hand corner in Salesforce and then click Settings:

On the left hand side scroll down to Connected Accounts and select Email and Calendar Accounts:

Where it says Office365 Your Connection, click the Disconnect button to the right of that and then Reconnect:

 


If prompted for Microsoft login credentials, enter your email address and laptop password.
