When trying to use the Salesforce plugin for Outlook, you may be presented with a view like this
Make sure Production is selected for Environment and click Log In
Click on Use Custom Domain towards the bottom right of the login box
Enter storyhomes as the custom domain & click continue
Click Log In with Azure SSO. This uses your Microsoft Account to log in and is the same way you would use to log into Salesforce on the web
Click Confirm - this is the final step, after which the plugin should be successfully signed in
