Reset HP Secure Print PIN

Open HP Secure Print using the search bar at the bottom of the laptop

Click on the menu on the top right of the window that opens, then click Reset PIN

This will then send an email to your inbox. Click on the 'Confirm Email Address' link. This will open up a browser window which will then confirm you are wanting to change your PIN. If you look back at the window that opened when you clicked Reset PIN there will be an option there to reset

When you verify your new PIN, it will take you back to the below page. You can now use your new PIN at the printer.
