How to take a Screenshot (screen grab)

How to take a screenshot:

Click on the Windows button on the bottom left of your screen and then start typing "Snip"

When the "Snipping Tool" appears in the menu, press the Enter button on your keyboard


In the window that opens up, click New


The screen will change colour slightly.  Drag your mouse from the top left of the area you want to capture down to the right until all of it is shown in the box you've drawn.
Let go of the mouse and your screen grab will show in a new screen.
Click the "Copy" button to take a copy of your screen grab.

In your document or email, right -click and choose Paste.
Your screen grab will now be available to use.
