To resolve this you need to look at the job and check the log file:
Click on the Printer icon beside your username:

Find the job for the Certificates and then click the page icon on the right hand side:

On the page that opens, scroll down to the very bottom:
If the emails have not been sent there should be an error listed, which in this case there is:

The error highlighted occurs when a supplier's name or address is longer than the room on the certificate. To resolve this you need to look through the PDF report (click on the blue job description)

Then you need to find the page that has over-run. There's no easy way to do this other than to go through until you find it.
Once you've found the certificate causing the issue you can re-run the email job excluding this problem certificate and then run the problem one on its own.
