How to clear browser cache in Chrome

If a web page is not displaying correctly in Chrome or you are receiving a message like the below then you may need to clear the browser cache:

In Chrome, click on the 3 dots in the top right hand corner and select ‘Settings’:

On the next screen select the ‘Privacy and Security’ tab on the left hand side and then select ‘Clear browsing data’:

On the next screen click on the Advanced tab, change the time range to 'all time' using the dropdown menu and click the ‘Clear data’ button:

It may take a few minutes for the process to complete.  Once finished, close down Chrome completely and try again to see if the issue is resolved.
