Merging PDFs with PDF24

Modified on Mon, 16 Jun at 1:04 PM

PDF24 is a toolbox-like application on your laptop that allows you to work with PDFs. A common usage is to Merge multiple PDF files into a single file

Open PDF24 and the select the Merge PDF option

On the Merge menu, click on Choose files to open a file explorer window to browse your laptop to find the files you want merged. For simple access it's better to have the PDF files saved into the same place like below

Once all PDFs are selected, click Open to return to PDF24 and then click Merge to begin the process. If multiple, longer PDF files are chosen to merge, this process may take some time. Once completed, a file called merged.pdf will be created by PDF24, although you have the option to change the name with the pencil icon to the right. You can also preview the document with the icon of an eye if you want to check it was merged successfully before proceeding

Once you're happy, you have the option to either Save to save it back onto the laptop or Email which will allow you to immediately forward it on via Outlook
