IT Support use Team Viewer software to allow remote access to your laptop to resolve issues.
To connect to your laptop, we need to know your ID and Password which is shown in Team Viewer when you open it.
You can open Team Viewer by clicking the icon on your desktop:
Or click the up arrow beside the clock and then clicking the Team Viewer icon as shown below:
When you open Team Viewer, you will see an ID and a Password as below, this is what you need to send through.
