Open Chrome and click the Options button (three dots) in the top right corner of the screen
In the drop-down menu click on Settings
On the new page click on Privacy and Security
Click on Site Settings
Scroll down and click on Additional content settings
Scroll down and click on PDF documents
Click the option to Download PDFs
PDF files will now download automaticay
