Start by removing the one installed on your computer first. To do this, click on the Windows flag in the bottom left corner and scroll down your apps to find the Watchguard folder then click on "Uninstall Mobile VPN with SSL client".
When asked if you want to remove the application, click on Yes (you may need to click yes twice) then click ok when finished.)
Once the uninstall has finished, reboot your laptop before following the next step.
Download the new version of the VPN from the below link:
Once the download has completed, click on the file in the bottom left to open it and click yes when asked if you want to install then the below window will open.
Click Next> 4 times
Click on Create a desktop icon
Click Next then click Install.
The installation may take a few minutes to complete.
When it is finished, ensure the Launch button is ticked then click on Finish.
The Watchguard VPN app will open up and should have all your details saved as below.
If the details are not already in the box, enter them as follows:
Server: 185.12.137.212:8444
Username: Your laptop username
Password: Your laptop password
Click on Connect and you should get connected straight away.
