Note: Please make sure if working from home/site that you are connected to the VPN, as this will not be the solution to access the shared drives if not connected. If in any of the offices you will not have to use the VPN
The below SharePoint link will take you to a small file. Click on the download button in the top left to download this. If prompted, click on Keep --> Show More --> Keep Anyway

Note: The file is perfectly safe and is just a tiny script to restart your laptop's screen
Once this is downloaded, move this onto your Desktop (just drag the file) or another place where you are able to access it conveniently
All you need to do from this point is double click the file. Your laptop's display will go black for about 2-3 seconds but then should come back on. Your shared drive(s) should be back.
You're able to just double click this file every time one/both of the drives drop off from your laptop
