IMS - Documents disappearing after creating a Project

Issue

When a Project has been created from an Enquiry, the documents attached to the Enquiry have not been copied across to the Project.


Cause

These are two separate records so by creating a Project from an Enquiry, you have a new Project which has a link back to the original Enquiry but with no documents associated with it.

The documents which have been used on the Enquiry are meant to be for that part of the job lifecycle and therefore could be seen as irrelevant to the Project.


Resolution

If there is specific information that needs to be taken across, the properties of the document that sits in the Enquiry can be edited so that the relevant Project can be added.
