If you have lost the ability to publish emails from Outlook to the IMS, it is possible that the add-in has been disabled. This is an automatic process that Outlook carries out if it determines that an add-in is slowing down Outlook.
To check this, open Outlook and click on File->Options and select the Add-ins tab:
Look for the Union Square Add-in, if it is showing in either the Inactive or Disabled Application Add-ins section, click 'Go' next to Manage:COM Add-ins:
Next, tick the Union Square Add-in box to make it active:
Click OK and then go back in to File->Options-Add-ins and check that the Union Square add-in is now showing in the Active Application Add-ins section:
Restart Outlook and you should now be able to publish emails again.
